The hotel was in a convenient location, close to the beach and with a variety of activities available. the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We also enjoyed the all-inclusive option, which made it easy to grab a drink or snack whenever we wanted.
the check-in process was confusing and felt disorganized.

Great food and beverage. Helpful and friendly staff. Really good WiFi coverage. Two great pools and private beach. Plenty of activities for kids. Reasonable price for all-inclusive. Well-maintained hotel. Nice and spacious rooms.

This hotel boasts a beautiful location right on the beach, perfect for taking long walks or just lounging in the sun. the rooms here are comfortable and kept clean by attentive staff. the breakfast selection is varied and satisfying with options for all tastes. Guests will enjoy the large swimming pools, and children will delight in all the activities provided by the Animation team.
Some areas of the dining experience could be improved with better attention to cleanliness and hygiene.

We had a great holiday here. The all-inclusive plan was reasonably priced. The Animation team was fantastic, and there were plenty of activities for children. The staff were smiley and very accommodating. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the breakfast was varied. We found it easy to get taxis outside the hotel. The beach was fine.

Had a lovely Xmas stay at the hotel recently. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and the pool area had plenty of sun loungers. The food was diverse and tasty, with options for everyone, and I especially enjoyed the choice of fresh fruit and salads. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-kept, with daily cleaning service.
Although we had a great time overall, there were a few little things that could have been better. The service at times was a bit slow, especially during the busier times of the day.
